I got my first bicycle when I was 11 years old. This was 1978. This was the decade BMX bikes started.

Imagine it green, add the gears and other blings and you get the picture.
This is pretty much my ride the whole of my high school. Then I left Batanes for college in Manila. That was the last time I biked for 17 years. Not that I don't like it, it's just that I live in Manila full of vehicles and it's just too dangerous to ride with these gas guzzlers.
